In this episode we will continue our discussion from last week on the reasons so many prisoners are prevented from achieving or being rehabilitated. The DOC plays a major role in the prevention of medical and psychological treatment Services, as well as work and educational programs, especially to those whom they habitually target. There are also concerns over the high and increasing numbers of alleged suicide in the Massachusetts prisons, many of whom were again, targets of a failed system. Prisoners are human beings, regardless of their offense or offenses.
They can be rehabilitated and reformed, given the opportunity for appropriate treatment and programs. Abuses, Deprivations, Provocations, Harassments, False Allegations by incompetent and agressive staff, does not rehabilitate. It promotes frustration, anxiety, anger and eventually violence between staff and offenders. This is not how members of society want their taxpayer dollars spent. Furthermore, the public needs to know what REALLY OCCURS behind the walls of Corrections. Have you ever wondered why the Media is NOT allowed into the prisons and if any one of them were to be, would they only be allowed to meet with a few certain prisoners? You and They, would be surprised to learn why.
We welcome all of you to listen in, call in and share any experiences and/or knowledge you may have about the issues going on behind prison bars that has been kept from the public. It time for EXPOSURE, AWARENESS AND PRISON REFORM.
Please join us as we bring awareness as well as work, to change a failed Criminal Justice System in Massachusetts as well as across the nation.
Today we have a Guest who has a Story to tell. You will want to hear this. Stay Tuned!!!
