Emotions are part of who we are as human being. Here are some of the common myths about emotions: Emotions happen spontaneously and without any reason. Emotions are sign of weakness and useless. There are so many emotions that we can experience from Joy, anger, rage, hate, jealously, guilt, grief, depression, irritation, optimism, worry…. Etc. where do all these feelings come from and why do we have them? Is it possible to manage our emotions to change the outcome?
