This too will pass... it certainly doesn't feel like it when you are deep in

the middle of it. Let's talk about some things we know for sure... You are a miracle... and sometimes the most trying times 

is exactly when you need to work harder, come up with solutions...keep moving, not drinking, drugging, anger.
