The Voice of Trinity ! Outlasting the Counterfit !

There Is Only One True Church, and the Lord Jesus Christ Is the Head of that Church (Ephesians 5: 23) KJV.  And, He Is Also the Foundation (1 Corinthians 3:11) KJV.!  In Mathew 16:18 KJV we read Jesus Himself is saying that "...And upon this Rock, I build my Church and the Gates of Hell shall not prevail against it." 

Since He is addressing Peter, some believe that He is alluding to Peter as being the Rock and He is building His Church upon Peter and Peter is the head of the Church, And, THAT IS NOT TRUE! The Greek word for rock is Petra which means the Great Rock. Peter in the Bible has been addressed as Petrus, which means a pebble, or small rock! So, the notion that the Catholic Church has, as Peter is the head of the Church, then Peter transferred that power to the Pope is wrong!

Mormons believe that after Christ, when all the Apostles died, the Church was dissolved, and God had to call on Joseph Smith to establish a new church, this is also Dead Wrong. To believe this contradicts what the Lord Jesus Himself said in Matthew 16:18 KJV.
