YES, He Is a Person and has feeling just like us.
Ephesians 4:30 Clearly States:
“And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.”
Let's consider further the work and the attributes of the Holy Spirit:
Consider these special attributes of the Holy Spirit:
He convicts us of sin (John 16:8).
He permanently indwells us (John 14:16-17).
He seals us (Eph. 1:13). Ephesians 4:30
He teaches us (John 14:26).
