Thought, Action, Habit, Character, Will Lead to Destiny.
I believe it was Ralph Waldo Emerson who said it well " Sow a Thought and You Reap an Action; Sow a an Act and You Reap a Habit; Sow a Habit and You Reap a Character; Sow a Character and You Reap a Destiny." WELL SAID!
In 2 Peter 1:5 where we read "...add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge," God is trying to tell us, Do Something, Don't Sit, Stand-Still.
In Philippians 2:12 where we read the Apostle Paul is saying, that we must "work out," our own salvation, he is saying what God has given you, has put in you His Gifts, so, get them out, use them for His Glory. So, any New Year Resolution, without considering God's Will and Plan to Glorify His Name, soon will be broken.
