Historian and librarian DAVE GOUDSWARD returns for a discussion of his new book "Lovecraft in the Merrimack Valley." Dave does a masterful job of retracing the routes Lovecraft took on his journeys in New England and how the old homes and vistas worked their way into his tales of terror. Dave's book contains many vintage photos of the places Lovecraft knew intimately. It is a great resource for those interested in the life of a popular 20th Century author. We will also cover Dave's exploration of enigmatic and vanishing petroglyphs on Nomans Island and more southern sea monsters. If we have time, we'll look at his upcoming book on northern sea monsters. How do the species adapt to the different marine climates?
