Bill is a retired civil engineer - technician specializing in engineering site plan design layout, utility / construction manager / designer for over 35 years. His engineering expertise has helped him in formulating a master plan design layout of the Giza Plateau, Egypt showing how tombs and temples can be located on the ground. He has been instrumental in decoding and bringing forth the ancient secrets of Giza and the Egyptian pyramids. He was personally interviewed on site at Giza, Egypt in March 2006 by the USA National Geographic’s film TV crew which has now been shown on TV numerous times internationally since 2007.
