On the show today we will be discussing the topics of racism and sexual harassment. These are two very controversial, divisive and diverse issues that this country just can’t seem to move beyond. As we looked around today we see that not much has changed.  So we ask the question are we really free, has or will America ever move beyond the borders of both subtle and blatant social, economic and political racism?

Sexual Harassment has been around for as long as we can remember.  However, laws were not enacted to address this issue until 1964 but the term was not used until 1975.  It took another 20 years for the courts to allow victims a jury trial and to be compensated for punitive damages. Has society gone too far in enforcing these laws; or have so-called privileged individuals who assumed they were beyond the law caused us to take a second look to see if there need to be additional laws enacted. Has the country become so sensitive about these two topics that businesses and organization now must walk on eggshell lest they be accused of supporting racism or sexual harassment; or is it just another ploy to blow things out of the water, making mountains out of molehills just to make a few dollars?  Come join us as we discuss these two very controversial issues.
