Episode 2 - Piracy: policy, protection, and power projection

Phibian, Eagle1, and Galrahn discuss how we found ourselves in 2010 with a pirate problem, what is being done to address it, and the pros and cons of different courses of action going forward. Special guest will be Claude Berube, a teacher at the U.S. Naval Academy with a background in naval research and development, acquisition, and intelligence. He is also co-author of two books, a former Senate Staffer, and as a LCDR in the USNR has experience in maritime interception operations, humanitarian relief, and anti-piracy.
