(KJVA) (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.
(BBE) Because the Gentiles go in search of all these things: for your Father in heaven has knowledge that you have need of all these things:
(BSB) For the Gentiles strive after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them.
(CEV) Only people who don't know God are always worrying about such things. Your Father in heaven knows that you need all of these.
(GNB) (These are the things the pagans are always concerned about.) Your Father in heaven knows that you need all these things.
(ISV) because it is the gentiles who are eager for all those things. Surely your heavenly Father knows that you need all of them!
(JMNT) "You see, the ethnic multitudes (the nations; the pagans; the non-Jews) are habitually in eager pursuit of these things spending all of their energy in seeking them! After all, your heavenly Father (or: your Father Who inhabits, and can be compared to, the atmosphere) has seen and knows that you folks repeatedly have need for all of these things.
