We The People have nearly a countless number of abuses of government overreach. It is time to use this overlooked weapon for liberty to put the rascals back in their box. Fredric Bastiat told us that if the law can be kept to its proper boundaries it makes no difference who is elected. A properly executed affidavit has the effect of forcing government officials to either answer or withdraw. We still have to learn how to force our courts out of statutory jurisdiction back to the common law. The battle for liberty need not resort to guns. The Power of Paper is a weapon all Americans need in their arsenal.
