From Aiken, South Carolina, born and raised, Vilai Harrington has influences from his Polynesian ancestors and his down south kin folk. This combination of ukulele and folk style banjo brings a unique and down to earth sound. Harrington cites, among many others, Hank Williams, Sam Cooke, and Three Dog Night as influencers in a sound genre he defines as a combination of Sand Hill Rag/Americana/Country. While he's currently touring the southeastern US we look forward to having Vilai here on Madame Perry's Salon.
Theme music for Madame Perry's Salon composed and performed by Denton Perry.
