Arrest in Deadly Street Takeover--But What Must be Done

The  LAPD made an arrest in the  deadly L.A. Christmas Street Takeover at Crenshaw and Florence, Elyzza Guajaca, a 24-year-old nursing student was the victim. But what can be done  to stop them.
