Embattled Los Angeles City Councilman Kevin deLeon Blasts Recall

Embattled Los Angeles City Councilman Kevin deLeon again said he will not resign from the Los Angeles City Council. He further said that he will only go if his constituents decide that  he must go. deLeon said that he will aggressively fight the recall campaign against  him.
