Our sense of feeling safe in our bodies is such an important skill to have. And, yes, it is a skill that can be learned and we can rewire the way our nervous system runs and reacts on a daily basis. Feeling safe allows us to do work that feels authentic, manage relationships and challenges that come up and communicate more intimately with those around us. Feeling safe can also support overall health and wellness, sexual satisfaction and our feeling in connection to self.
