Rebecca said. ” I have not seen my husband in 5 months and found his location 2 weeks ago. I am allowed 20- minute video visitation once a week, He has been on a ventilator for 6 months. My husband had Advanced Medical Directive and I had POA. Those documents were ignored. I was arrested on false charges of assault on my husband. The person that reported this to the police is a convicted felon and is currently on trial for 3 separate felonies and losing her nursing license in 3 states.
