The second darkest of Al Katz's lifetime was as a Guardianship Slave, with no human rights permitted. Two months later, under the control of court-appointed guardians, Al could no longer walk, talk, or eat, and funeral plans made without the knowledge or consent of his family. Beverly Rescued her father, from Guardianship and witnessed this Holocaust Survivor re-learn how to walk, talk, and eat. She watched thousands of dollars of her Dad's assets 11 years later being devoured.
