Sunny was required to take a mental evaluation, remains suspended, unable to practice her profession. However, she is still helping people with legal matters. She is now being retaliated against for this. She helped people in Sandy Hook shooting, Wolfgang Halbig and Prof. James Fetzer, they are aware of her suspended status, never been compensated, cannot represent them, or signed her name to any pleadings. Halbig and Fetzer have a First Amendment right to discuss their findings publicly.
