Judges claim immunity for their actions and rulings. Do people understand what is being done to them and how to fight against court abuse of power?

Tonight’s guests will be discussing human trafficking enabled through state courts and agencies, and how the courts get away with it. They will cite efforts to expose corruption and to obtain justice, and the likelihood of success in state and/or federal courts.  Since many people give up on attorneys they once hired, our speakers will include information of what it takes to “go pro se.” Gil will also give us an overview of the debate of recent social media banning and how it relates to the First Amendment under substantive law.
