Do we utter to the LORD? “Hineni”: Here I Am. Send Me! Hineni (????) is a powerful Hebrew word which means “Here I am!” When God called out to Moses from the burning bush, Moses replied, “Hineni!” And you know what assignment he was given, and what happened next. When God approached Abraham to ask him to offer his only son as a sacrifice, Abraham responded, “Hineni!” not knowing what God was about to ask. God called out to the young boy Samuel three times before Samuel finally responded, “Hineni! I’m listening!” Many hundreds of years later, when God asked who would go for him in Isaiah 6, and the prophet willingly offered himself with a cry of “Hineni!” Send me!”
Every person on earth, either a believer or unbeliever shout out “God help me” when crises or a tragedy hits.At the hour of our needs, the LORD extends His arms toward us and say, “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” Matthew 11:28. God is faithful and a loving Father in Heaven. The Lord Jesus Christ extended His arms to those who came to Him for their healings; and reached out to save them from their bondages with a same gesture “Hineni” – “What do you want Me to do for you?” Mark10:51
We are living in Last Days, and the LORD is calling you to go to your designated commission. There is an urgency. Is your respond being similar like His faithful servant? Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying: “Whom shall I send, And who will go for Us?” Then I said, “Here am I! Send me.” Isaiah 6:8
