Step 1 Awareness: Something needs to change
Awareness is the first step toward change. When you feel like something is not working in your life, and you stop to look at it, that is awareness. As you ask yourself questions like: What choices am I making right now?, What choices am I not making right now? If I started making different choices where could I go?, What would be possible? All of these questions lead to awareness of who you are and what you need to change to get to who you want to be.
