Michele C. Meyer-Shipp is the Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at KPMG.  In this role, Meyer-Shipp leads the firm’s efforts related to diversity and inclusion with a specific focus on the recruitment, retention, and development of a diverse workforce; fostering an inclusive and accessible culture; and inspiring broad perspectives and innovative client solutions.  Meyer-Shipp serves as a strategic consultant to firm leaders on all matters related to diversity and inclusion, and is a brand ambassador for the firm in the marketplace.
