News has surfaced about Russia and China teaming up and getting involved in the manipulation of the ionosphere. This comes a few weeks after we've learned that Bill Gates is teaming up with Harvard Scientists to spray calcium carbonate particles high above the earth to mimic the effects of volcanic ash blocking out the sun to produce a cooling effect. What was once a conspiracy theory is now our science-fact reality.

China and Russia have modified a layer of the atmosphere, the size of Britain, above Europe to test a controversial technology for possible military application, according to Chinese scientists involved in the project. A total of five experiments were carried out in June of 2018, and we're barely learning any information about them. In one experiment on June 12, the temperature of thin, ionized gas in high altitude increased more than 100 degrees Celsius (212 degrees Fahrenheit) because of the particle flux.

This is an ongoing agenda to control and manipulate the weather as well as weaponizing the environment. People are commonly aware of Tesla and his ideas of creating space-based weaponry, and even coming up with blueprints for lasers. Now, in the 21st century, we're in a time frame where these ideas have met reality, and they are doing rather rowdy things to our world. These inventions have far reaching applications and ramifications.
