The Godfather @50 – Women’s History – Oscar Picks

This month I’ve got a grab-bag of topics related to movie fandom. This month marks the 50th anniversary of that iconic film masterpiece, The Godfather. Directed by Frances Ford Coppola, adapted by author Mario Puzo from his novel, the film went on to be nominated fo X Oscars, winning X of them. So I’ll be chatting a little bit about that.

Next, March is Women’s History Month, so I’ll be pointing out a few notes on that.

And finally, next Sunday is the Super Bowl of the film industry. The Academy Awards, so I will give you a few of my thoughts and picks for the main awards.
