       Hi my name is Dania Rescue. I am a Chuukese Advocate living here in Las Vegas. I help educate  people on my culture to break language barriers and help them transition into American  Society.  I run my own Interpreting/Translating agency which bridges the language gap for my  people in any circumstance they encounter.  Through my agency I also provide services and  aides that help them learn how to transition smoothly into the American society like online  courses, Chuukese word books, etc.  I also run a virtual call center and provide opportunities to  my people to work from home.     I am a mother of five girls with a passion in sharing my culture with the world. Being born and  raised in Hawaii as a Chuukese, I experienced a multi-cultured life.  I was raised on strong  Chuukese traditions in the Americanized paradise we call Hawaii, the Aloha State. I spent every  summer living in Chuuk and experienced the true island life and culture.  As an advocate, my  desire is to set an example of how it’s possible to thrive in today's society instead of losing our  identities through stereotypes.  I want to maintain the trueness of our culture, vision and our  mission as a people to build legacies and better futures for our future generations to come
