Coaches Keys - I Want to WIN

One thing that's evident in the sports arena, and in life as a whole, everyone wants to WIN. What does it mean to WIN and how do we maintain the WINning mindset. There are three words that were revealed to me regarding this:

W - Wisdom

I - Integrity

N - the power of NOW

Wisdom is defined as the soundness of an action or decision with regard to the application of experience, knowledge, and good judgment.

Integrity is defined as the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness; the state of being whole or undivided.

The power of Now requires that you keep your focus on what you are doing, without thoughts, while you are doing it!
