If the unvetted stories are true, Iran has suffered a coup and the military is now in charge of war hawks, which bids ill for the USA and Israel. Plans to close the choke points for oil shipments would put a knife in the underbelly of the American economy as gasoline prices would climb to unheard of levels. The likelihood of war now breaking out in the Middle East is at an all-time high right now - right on time for the end of Israel's 70th year! Only time will tell if the Daniel 8 war is now in sight, and how all of that ties into Isaiah 17 and 18. Then we have the North Korean missile launches with China's blessings.
