Join me with guest Debbie Monteggia talking about how writing poetry helped her in the healing of her anxiety. Debbie suffered from a very debilitating case of anxiety and began journaling as a form of therapy. Her journaling transitioned into writing poetry. Putting her thoughts on paper while journaling, allowed her to express so many emotions. These emotions started with sadness and despair and moved into writing about joy and happiness. Debbie now has a book called "Tears of Change Poetry", a collection of her poems.
