What does it take for Africans to get the message? The US congress is talking about going to war in Syria. They are spending money in a foreign country when the USA is already at war with 2 other countries and other quiet conflicts around the world. The murder rate in Chicago is high once again and once again there isn’t congressional action to stop these street conflicts. What is happening is more money is being spent to add more bullets to Chicago’s street fighting. This seems to be the norm when dealing with Africans around the globe.
