The War on Drugs has been going on for 40yrs's as of March 2012 with no end in sight. Reason being: Marijuana possession in small amounts can get you time in the US private prison system. Dont for get that politicians get Rebate on your jail sentencing.
The USA will never make at least these small amounts legal coz the Govt does want to lost those revenues from ruining a black life. And Rappers, Black Radio stations support the harrassment of the their family and former neighbors. Some evern are volunteer Govt workers (Snitch) or just sheer stupidity.
