The War on Drugs has been going on for 40 yrs as of March 2012 with no end in site. Reason: Marijuana possession in small amounts can get you time in the US private prison system.
The USA will never make at least Marijuana legal coz the Govt. would loose revenues. And Rappers support the harassment of their family and former nieghbors. Some are even volunteer govt workers ex: going to jail for gun possession. Well we know the rest. ,
