Natalie has over 20 years of experience in intercollegiate athletics beginning her career as the head women’s tennis and badminton coach at Bryn Mawr College. She went on to become the head men’s and women’s tennis coach at the University of Chicago as well as serving as a faculty member. In 2002, Rogers went to the NCAA for 10 years where she served as an Assistant Director of Enforcement before being promoted to Associate Director of Amateurism Certification. Rogers has also served as the Associate Athletics Director of Compliance at Howard University and Associate Athletic Director Student-Athlete Well Being/Diversity and Inclusion at American University. She currently is an Associate Commissioner/SWA at the Atlantic 10 Conference Office.
