Terrika began her media career as a contributor for La Dulce Locura digital magazine in 2013. Within months, she began hostingThe Gridiron Gurl on the Sportzfam Radio network. Soon after, she started contributing editorial content for Yahoo! Sports. 

In 2014, Terrika started as a digital audio editor for ESPN. She's the co-host and co-creator of Around the Rim and has produced some of the network's most popular podcasts. Terrika appeared as a regular analyst on ESPN's digital programming. She also contributed to SportsCenter, NBA Today, and This Just In. She can still be heard as a guest analyst on ESPN Radio programming. 

Currently Terrika is a basketball analyst for CBS Sports HQ and can often be seen at the desk for CBS Sports Network's Inside College Basketball. She's one-third of Inflection Network's 3 on3 Podcast and is the sideline reporter and color commentator for the WNBA's Connecticut Sun. She's appeared on NBC Sports' (Peacock’s) Brothers From Another and was part of the first All-Women broadcast team for the CIAA Conference Tournament. She's had guest appearances on Canada's news network CBC, MSNBC, and The Grio.
