Leah Richmond-Dye was named Director of Compliance for William & Mary Athletics in August 2022. Prior to joining William & Mary, she was Director of Compliance for her alma mater Hampton University.

Richmond-Dye also served as assistant director of compliance at East Carolina University. She went to ECU after three years as the eligibility specialist/athletic academic advisor within the Hampton University Department of Athletics.

In July of 2012, Richmond launched a child-based physical fitness program called Amazing Athletes. She was nominated for Franchise Rookie of the Year for Amazing Athletes, which contributed to the company being named one of Entrepreneur Magazine's Franchise 500. She and her husband are now the co-owners of the franchise for Amazing Athletes of Hampton Roads.
 
Richmond received her bachelor's degree in psychology with an emphasis in chemistry from Hampton University in 2011, where she also ran on the track & field team. Richmond earned All-MEAC honors in 2009 and 2010. She earned a Masters in Sports Leadership through VCU in December 2018.
 
She and her husband Cordereau Dye have a daughter - Wynter Dye.
