Agenda 21, which reportedly means an agenda for the 21st century, is a United Nations program launched in 1992 for the vague purpose of achieving global "sustainable development." Congress never approved Agenda 21, although Presidents Obama, Clinton and George H.W. Bush have all signed Executive Orders implementing it. 178 other world leaders agreed to it in 1992 at the Rio Summit. It is a comprehensive plan of action to be taken globally, nationally and locally by organizations of the United Nations systems, governments and major groups in every area in which humans impact on the environment. When you hear terms like weather modification, smart meters, changing consumption patterns, depopulation, mandatory vaccinations just to name a few think Agenda 21 a.k.a Sustainable Development.
