Lamar County, Paris, TX is known for being a place black men and black women fear being arrested. They feel if they ever enter into this system they may never get out. It is alleged the district attorney's office is only interested in convicting black people. Whites seem to always be given a pass even on crimes as serious as murder . The Concerned Citizens for Racial Equality and the Tarrant County LOC have requested the FBI look into over 20 cases where they allege people of color were wrongfully convicted. Many believe the problem is systematic racism that begins the moment a police officer come onto the scene of a potential crime. Take a look at the attached video footage of a police officer arresting an already handcuffed teenager by slamming him head first onto the hood of a police car. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4LSrBDhjJ58
