Annette Funicello will always be known for her time on the "Mickey Mouse" club, her top 100 hits, and her iconic beach movies with Frankie Avalon.

Those "beach movies" - "Beach Party" (1963), "Muscle Beach Party" (1964), "Bikini Beach" (1964), "Beach Blanket Bingo" (1965), and "How to Stuff a Wild Bikini" (1965) - became a new genre of light-hearted fun in the 1960s.

Even though Annette released over 30 albums, she never considered herself a "singer."  We disagree. Listen in as we play several of her hits like "Blame It On The Bossa Nova," "Tall Paul" and "Beach Blanket Bingo."

You can explore much of Annette's career on Amazon.

Candi and Randy celebrate Annette's life, music and career.

We also discuss Multiple Sclerosis, the disease that had such a horrible impact on Annette's life.
