Green Career Week 2023 Anne Henderson and Rachel Wellman

Green Career Week is February 27 - March 3, 2023.  Join Baltimore Green Justice Workers Cooperative each day this week at 1 pm Eastern Standard Time as Members, Kimberly Armstrong, Lynn Pinder and Marvin Venable, Jr., interview different people who work different types of green careers. On March 2nd, meet Anne Henderson & Rachel Wellman. 

Anne Henderson, the Director of Education of the Pine Jog Environmental Education Center at Florida Atlantic University (FAU), is responsible for oversight and quality control of numerous environmental education programs. Anne has taken the lead on the development of STEM-based teacher training workshops throughout south Florida on topics such as climate change, marine biology, Greater Everglades, and sustainability.

Rachel Wellman is the Coordinator of Education and Training Programs for FAU's Pine Jog Environmental Education Center.  Rachel's passion for climate literacy and action led her to collaborate with the FAU Pine Jog Environmental Education Center. She co-developed (as a CO-PI of) the Climate READY (Resilience Education and Action for Dedicated Youth) Program and currently serves as the program lead for Climate READY.
