Minister Cecil Rodgers of Saint Louis has been preaching the word of God for over 30, years on the streets. He is known as The Street Preacher Here In Saint Louis Missouri. He has been set on fire and left for dead. Cecil can usualyy be found preaching on the corners of kingshighway and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. in Saint Louis M.O. He overcame an alcohol addiction and turned his life over to God.
